No state exam. No board. No license number for you to look up. Anyone can print a truck magnet, follow a hailstorm into the CSRA, sell forty roofs and be unreachable by spring.
Since the state will not vouch for us, we made ourselves checkable in the ways that are left: an A+ BBB accreditation held since 2018, cover in Georgia, one market rather than a region, and an owner whose own name is on the inspection, the quote and the roof.
The owner
Most roofing companies send a commissioned salesman. We send Jason.
Jason Page walks the roof himself, photographs what he finds, and tells you plainly whether it needs a repair or a replacement. If it has years left, he will say that too — even though it is the smaller invoice.
Then he writes the quote, and he is on the roof while the work gets done. Dylan runs jobs start to finish alongside him. If anything ever goes wrong, you already have their number.

How we work
What you get
- A free inspection with photographs, whether or not you hire us.
- The honest repair-or-replace answer, including “it has years left”.
- A quote written by the owner, itemised, with no expiry date on it.
- Rotten decking shown to you before it is covered up.
- A magnet sweep of the drive and lawn at the end of every day.
- A ten-year labor warranty, in writing.
What you won't get
- An inflated insurance claim.
- An offer to “cover” your deductible — that is fraud, and it is your policy at risk.
- A commissioned sales team, or a door-knock after a storm.
- A price that expires if you have not signed by the end of the visit.
- A quote that quietly changes after the tear-off, or rot billed as a surprise.
