Most roofing companies send a commissioned salesman to your house. We send the owner — and he is the same person who writes the quote and stands on the roof while the work gets done.
01 The Inspection
We come to you, walk the roof and photograph what we find.
Not a drive-by from the kerb and not a drone pass. The owner gets on the ladder, walks the planes, checks the valleys, the flashing, the boots and the ridge, and looks in the attic where he can.
You get the photographs whether or not you ever hire us. Free, and with no obligation attached to it.
02 The Straight Answer
We tell you honestly whether a repair beats a replacement.
We walk you through what we found, step by step, so you know exactly what the work involves and why. If the roof has years left in it, we say that too — and you get a repair quote instead of a replacement quote.
Then the owner writes the quote himself. One number, itemised, no financing pitch and no discount that expires if you do not sign tonight.
03 The Claim
If there is a claim, we document the damage properly.
Measurements, scope, test squares and photographs — plane by plane, in the format an adjuster can work from. We work alongside your insurance company through the process and meet the adjuster on site where it helps.
No inflated claims. No covered deductibles. Both are fraud, both get offered to CSRA homeowners after every hail season, and both are a fast way to void your own policy.
04 The Build
The owner is on site while the work gets done.
Tear-off, deck inspection, dry-in, flashing, shingle, ridge vent. Anything rotten gets shown to you before it is covered up. Magnet sweep of the drive and the lawn at the end of every day.
When it is finished you get a ten-year labor warranty in writing — and the number of the person who was actually on your roof. If anything ever goes wrong, you already have it.
