We walk you through what we found, step by step, so you know exactly what the work involves and why. If the roof has years left in it, we say that too. You get a repair quote instead of a replacement quote.
Then the owner writes the quote himself. One number, itemised, no financing pitch and no discount that expires if you do not sign tonight.
03 The Claim
If there is a claim, we document the damage properly.
Measurements, scope, test squares and photographs — plane by plane, in the format an adjuster can work from. We work alongside your insurance company through the process and meet the adjuster on site where it helps.
