What we do
Three roofs, and the rest.
Replacement, repair and storm damage are what we lead with. We also do bathroom remodels, tile and general contracting — the second half of the name. What we will not do is quote you for something we would be learning on your house.
Roof Replacement
A full tear-off down to the deck, so we can see what we are covering. Rotten sheathing gets replaced and shown to you before it disappears under felt — not billed as a surprise afterwards.
Architectural shingle as standard. Synthetic underlayment rather than felt, ice-and-water membrane in every valley and around every penetration, new step and counter flashing instead of reusing the old, new pipe boots, and ridge vent to let the attic breathe.
Get a replacement quote
- Typical duration
- One day for most homes in the CSRA; two if the roof is steep, cut up or multi-layered.
- Warranty
- Manufacturer's shingle warranty, plus a ten-year labor warranty from us in writing.
- Site care
- Magnet sweep of the drive and lawn at the end of every working day.
- Who is on site
- The owner, for the tear-off and the dry-in.
Roof Repair
Most leaks are not the shingles. They are a failed pipe boot, a lifted valley, flashing that was never bent properly where the roof meets a wall or a chimney. Those are repairs, and we will say so.
If your roof has years left in it, that is the answer you will get — even though a replacement is the bigger invoice. It is the whole reason the owner does the inspection instead of a salesman working on commission.
Book a free inspection
- Common causes
- Pipe boots, valley and chimney flashing, wind-lifted shingles, exposed fasteners, ridge and hip damage.
- What you get
- Photographs of what we found, why it is leaking, and the honest repair-or-replace call.
- Cost of the look
- Nothing. The inspection is free and carries no obligation.
- Turnaround
- Most repairs are a single visit once the material is on hand.
Storm Damage Repair
After hail or straight-line wind we document the roof plane by plane — chalk marks, test squares, measurements and photographs your adjuster can actually work from. Then we scope it honestly.
If two planes are damaged and two are not, that is what the scope says. We will not inflate a claim and we will not cover your deductible. Both are insurance fraud, both are common in this trade, and neither is worth your house or our name.
We work alongside your insurance company through the process — we are not a public adjuster and we do not negotiate your claim for you.
Have your roof documented
- We provide
- Damage documentation, measurements, and a written scope of work.
- We never
- Inflate a claim, waive or absorb a deductible, or ask you to sign the claim over to us.
- Timing
- Get the roof looked at before your carrier's claim window closes. It is free either way.
- Inside as well
- Ceilings, drywall and flooring the leak reached — see the contracting side below.
We work inside the house too.
Page Roofing & Contracting Services has been the full name since 2017. Roofs are what most people call us for, but the contracting side runs all year — same crew, same owner on site, same straight answer about what a job actually needs.
Ask about a project
- Bathroom remodels
- Tub-to-shower conversions, vanities, fixtures, and full gut-and-rebuilds. The waterproofing that goes in behind the tile is what decides whether the room lasts ten years or two, so it is the part we will not rush.
- Tile work
- Showers, floors, backsplashes and mudrooms. Substrate and waterproofing first, then the layout set out so the cut tiles land where they belong instead of down the middle of a wall.
- Drywall & flooring repair
- The inside half of storm damage. When a leak has come through a ceiling or ruined a floor, we put that right on the same job rather than handing you a second contractor to chase.
- Gutter & siding repair
- The rest of the exterior envelope — repairs to what is already there. These are the parts that tend to fail alongside a roof in the same storm.
Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Augusta and the rest of the CSRA.
One market since 2017. We are not a storm-chasing outfit that follows hail across state lines and is gone before the warranty matters — we live here, and you can find us here in ten years.
